currently aiming fourteen hundred missiles at Taiwan

The Chinese regime is currently aiming fourteen hundred missiles at Taiwan—which it considers a rouge province. Now, a recent report says the Chinese regime may up that number to 2,000.

The report is from the Defense Ministry of Taiwan's naval studies journal. It says that with the increase in short- and mid-range missiles, a Chinese military hit could destroy 90% of Taiwan’s infrastructure.

The move could increase tensions between the two rivals, just after they signed a historic free-trade style deal at the end of June.

The Chinese regime claims it wants to unify peacefully with Taiwan and is offering economic incentives to do so. But Taiwan officials say that if that's the case, then the regime should remove its missiles aimed at the island before the two sides can discuss a peace accord.
